Behind The Scenes: Weekly Blog by Tamara Simon
Business Lessons for RTOs from
my favourite Movies, TV Shows and Books
As you know, I usually do things a little bit differently and I love being a bit quirky. So rather than just an article on a specific topic or idea, I’ve decided my weekly Blog will be using one of my favourite Movies, TV Shows or Books as my inspiration, and I’m going to draw out the business lessons within them.
This gives me an opportunity to not only share some insights and hopefully some helpful tips to make running your RTO a little easier, but it may take you down memory lane as my selection may be one of your favourites as well. Or I may hit a nerve (oh not that one!) and I apologise now if that happens. Or maybe it will prompt interest and you’ll head to Netflix or your local library to get a copy.
Either way, I hope you find not only some light amusement in my weekly Blogs but also (and more importantly) some food for thought and ideas you can immediately implement to help you build, manage and grow a simple profitable RTO business you actually love.
So how does it work?
Each month, I will choose one of my favourite Movies, TV Shows or Books and use that as inspiration for the entire month.
Then each week will run like this:
Week 1 Business Focus
Week 2 People Focus
Week 3 Systems Focus
Week 4/5 Summary
As I’m all about helping RTOs to get CLEAR on their Business, People and Systems, this means you get a little bit of help each month on each of these 3 key focus areas.
So please enjoy my weekly Blogs, and don’t forget to subscribe so it comes straight to your inbox each week.
