2 Day RTO Solutions WORKshop: 12 and 13 May in Brisbane

If you’re coming to Brisbane for Velg Training’s VET CEO Conference, you might like to spend 2 days before with me and a few likeminded CEOS to work ON your business instead of just IN it!

Many RTOs have asked me to do a workshop which enables them to take time out to work ON their RTO business instead of always in it.  Because when they’re in it every day…fighting fires, juggling way too many priorities and managing staff – this means there’s no time to actually solve problems AND do the WORK needed to GROW the business.

AND they also wanted an opportunity to truly network with other likeminded RTO Owners/CEOs/Managers and hear their insights and great ideas which they could then implement into their RTO business. 

Why?  Because every time they attend RTO conferences, it’s usually a Talk At You Presenter Fest with no time to network as they run from session to session, grab a bite to eat and then it’s back on a plane or in the car to head home, feeling all excited with lots of ideas. 

BUT then they get back to work and those ideas stay in a notebook or on a tablet because there’s no time to action them.

You asked and I’ve listened. 

The first RTO Solutions WORKshop will be held in Brisbane on 12 and 13 May, focused on giving anyone running an RTO time to actually implement ideas and solve problems whilst you’re in the room. These 2 days are focused on getting you from STUCK to SOLUTIONS…SIMPLY because I’m all about the HOW!

BUT you have to be ready to WORK rather than just sit, listen, take notes and then go back to your RTO and nothing changes.  And it’s not about a talkfest of content from me – I’m here to facilitate discussion, ideas and help you in any way I can.
