Hare versus Tortoise:
Who's Really Running Your RTO?

Remember Aesop's Fable: The Hare and The Tortoise?

Well would it surprise you to know that most people running RTOs - be it Owners, CEOs or Managers - are running their business like the Hare in race instead of the Tortoise?

They never stop because they thing they don't have the time, they believe they've mastered multiskilling and are proud of that fact, and they react to everyone and everything that's happening in their business.

Shh... Don't Mention the 'S' Word
