Clients may choose between a refund in instances where services/products are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the service/product advertised for purchase on the website. In relation to purchased professional development services, cancellations must be made in writing to, and acknowledged by Take Another Look.
By becoming an individual member of the RTO BUSINESS CLUB, you agree that each month, your credit card will be charged the monthly membership fee.
Access to the Membership Area will commence once payment has been received.
Individual membership subscriptions entitle the named individual only to have to access to the products and services, relevant to the membership level purchased. An organisation CANNOT purchase one individual membership and then share this with each person within the organisation.
Where an organisation purchases the individual membership for an employee and that employee leaves the organisation, the membership is deemed to be owned by the organisation for an individual in a similar position. The membership can be transferred to another staff member on written application and acknowledgement by Take Another Look (email is acceptable), where that written application indicates the person from whom the membership is being transferred from no longer works for the organisation or has changed roles. All professional development purchased prior to the transfer under the membership will remain with the original member. If the organisation wishes to obtain this professional development, they need to advise Take Another Look prior to the transfer of membership occurring.

Upon receipt of advice of cancellation of a membership subscription, Take Another Look will ensure the subscription remains in effect until the scheduled renewal date and will then process termination on that day. This termination includes ensuring the next monthly payment does not come out of the credit card provided.
If these terms and conditions are not adhered to, Take Another Look reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time, and if necessary, take the appropriate remedial action.
Resources including Webinar recordings are provided for those who miss the live training or simply want to watch the training after purchasing by logging into the 10xpro platform, using the provided login details.
This access and recordings are for the named person only. If you are wanting another member of your organisation to have access to the recording, the resource must be purchased in that person's name.
Please note Statements of Attendance or Statements of Completion are only available where Take Another Look can verify attendance/viewing. However, this can still be recorded as valid professional development (PD) in your Trainer/Assessor Profile and verified by your supervisor, RTO Manager or CEO (depending on the policies and procedures adopted by your RTO).
All Take Another Look products are designed for use on Office 2010 and Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader a free version can be downloaded from www.adobe.com (note to Mac users - fillable pdf documents will not work as intended if using Preview, Adobe Reader must be used).
Once registered, participants must use the unique login details and/or links provided to access the webinar and should test the program with their systems prior to the webinar. Take Another Look is not responsible for participants that are unable to access the webinar platform and have not tested their system a minimum of 24 hours prior to the commencement of a live webinar.
Each webinar registration is for the named person only. Each registered participant must log onto the webinar platform using the provided unique URL, their own personal details and their own individual operating system at the time of the webinar, in order to be issued a Statement of Attendance and any electronic resources.
All paid webinar registrations receive electronic resources within approximately 48 hours after the webinar concludes. Only the person who has registered for the webinar, is entitled to be listening to it and accessing the resources.
In the event that an event is cancelled or delayed through no fault Take Another Look and/or the venue operator including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, acts of God(s), government directions, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slow downs or disputes, or other similar events; then the Event Attendee shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage.
Event attendees are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Event attendee registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage.
Whenever you use the Take Another Look website, or any other website, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its 'IP address' and is sent automatically each time you access any internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. Take Another Look does not keep a record of the IP addresses from which clients access our website except where a client has specifically provided information (in which case we may also record your IP address for security purposes). For example, when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order a client may wish to make, after completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows Take Another Look to track the order.
Take Another Look Pty Ltd. ("Take Another Look" or "we" "us" or "our") collect your personal information (such as your name, contact details and company/employer) directly from you when you request that we consider your application for membership, sign up as a subscriber, enrol in an event or submit an online entry form, or otherwise. We collect your personal information for the purposes of keeping you informed of the services we offer and developments that may be of interest to you, notifying you of events we are holding and running surveys to improve our services or services offered.
If we do not collect your personal information as described, we may not be able to provide you with the information you have requested or provide certain services to you. We may disclose some or all of this personal information to third parties with whom we may collaborate for events or training sessions, or service providers providing services such as marketing or IT management. Take Another Look will only disclose your personal information to overseas recipients for IT support and assistance as it uses cloud based internet applications that are hosted outside of Australia for its operational business platform.
When purchasing from Take Another Look, financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
